Skill Factory — registered skills

Each skill lives at <skill-name>/SKILL.md (and optional scripts/, templates/, eval/test_cases.yaml). The Data Skills Factory writes here two ways:

  • Chat agent opens a PR per skill it authors via interview. Branch: chat/<skill-name>-<ts>.
  • Factory mining run opens a single PR with all skills produced from a given docs.git commit. Branch: factory/<runid>.

Reviewers merge → a post-merge AAP job (skill-factory-register-merged) registers the new versions in MLflow's Skill Registry.
